"App works better than I expected"
I mostly use the Sony app with my headphones, and it’s been smoother than I thought it would be. Pairing was quick, the settings are easy to get to, and the battery info pops up right away, which is all I really need most of the time.
I did have one moment where it lagged a little, but I just closed the app and opened it again and it was fine. Overall, it kind of stays out of the way and just does its job, if that makes sense

The headphone specs were mostly accurate, so that part was helpful. But the delivery details and compatibility notes were not very clear, which was annoying. I ended up having to check other sites before I felt okay buying them, and it felt like wasted energy for something that should’ve been simple.

"Really happy with this TV"
I bought this from sony a little while back, maybe late last month or around then, and I’ve been really happy with it. The picture is super clear and the colors look natural, not overly bright or strange. The sound was actually better than I expected too, so for regular TV and movies I don’t feel like I need extra speakers. Setup was simple as well. Overall, I’d give it 5 stars

"Help pages actually fixed my issue"
I was having trouble getting my Sony headphones to connect again, i really didn’t feel like calling support.
I went to the help section on sony.com and it was easy to use. I found the reset steps and a few troubleshooting tips quickly, and the pictures made it simple to follow.
It took about 10 minutes and my headphones were working again. Good experience overall

"Great gear, but the software glitches are frustrating"
I really like Sony’s hardware overall, the gear feels solid and usually performs well. But the firmware updates have been inconsistent for me. Sometimes they fix one issue, and then another bug pops up right after. The app also freezes occasionally, which gets annoying when you’re just trying to use the product normally. It’s not a terrible experience, but for the price, I do expect better stability, and some kind of compensation or goodwill gesture would feel fair given the ongoing software problems.

Everything was right in the box, so that was definitely a plus. I didn’t have to chase down any missing parts or contact support, which I appreciated. That said, the packaging felt a little plain and nothing really stood out as impressive. Overall, it did what it was supposed to do, just not much beyond that.

I got my Sony device set up in about 15 minutes, which was faster than I expected. The instructions were clear and it connected to Wi-Fi on the first try, so no complaints there. I didn’t run into any weird install problems, which was a nice change. That said, I’m still a little unsure about the overall quality until I’ve used it longer, but the setup experience was solid...

"Pairing was honestly painless"
I bought it from Sony and the setup was super quick. My phone found it on Bluetooth almost right away, like before I even had time to start digging through menus or wondering if I missed a step. Since then it reconnects without any fuss, at home, in the kitchen, after walking away and coming back, even after turning Bluetooth off and on again. I haven’t had any random drops so far, whether I’m listening to music, watching videos, or just moving around with my phone in my pocket. That was really the main thing I cared about, so I’m happy with it

I preordered my Sony headphones and the checkout process was easy. The confirmation email came through quickly too, so that was nice. Hopefully the shipping stays on schedule, but so far everything seems good.

"Easy site, but stock was annoying"
sony was easy to use and I didn’t have much trouble finding what I wanted. The only thing is the product I was looking for was out of stock for awhile, and I kept checking back but the page didn’t really tell me when it would come back. Prices and product info was clear enough, just wish the availability was better. Overall not a bad experience, just kinda frustrating when you’re ready to buy.
